Ryudo Nakamura
Born in 1969 in Kagoshima Prefecture.

■ After sustaining injuries during provisional enrollment at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Academy, he was unable to pursue a career in the police force. 

■ Nr. Nakamura then joined a company listed on the Fukuoka Stock Exchange.

■ In 1995, he started his own business.
 
■ In 1997, he attained considerable success selling Kagoshima's hot spring water by implementing a distinctive sales strategy that he personally created.

■ In 2006, he launched a casino-related business in the People's Republic of China, Macau Special Administrative Region.


■ In 2007, at the request of the Macau Special Administrative Region Tourism Bureau, he partnered with Viva Macau Airlines to operate the first-ever charter flight (193 passengers) between Japan (Narita) and Macau as a Japanese representative.
 

■ In 2008, he participated in China's large-scale public welfare activity, "Ai Xin," along with Chinese celebrities and realized the importance of social contribution projects.

■ In 2009, Mr. Nakamura became a visiting professor at the School of Labor Economics at the Capital University of Economics and Business in Beijing, engaging in lectures, exchanges, and writing on Japanese-Chinese labor economics. In addition, he established the Nakamura Foundation to promote university exchanges between Japan and China.
 
■ He also attended the inauguration ceremony of the "China-Japan-Korea Anti-Piracy Alliance" as the Japanese representative at the Second China High-Level International Forum on Green Development, hosted by the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China and the Beijing Municipal Government at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Additionally, he participated as a Japanese representative in the support meeting for the China Animation Industry Special Promotion Policy Project at the 4th Beijing International Cultural and Creative Industry Expo, hosted by the Japan Cultural Exchange Hall,  organizing booths with Japanese game consoles, for which he received a double crown in the booth visitor and decoration management categories.
 
■ In the same year, he participated in the Digital Entertainment Expo in Shanghai, People's Republic of China, and presented a vision for the next-generation digital concept.
 
■ He also opened numerous hospitality establishments in Kagoshima Prefecture.
 
■ In 2010, Mr. Nakamura expanded his network in China by becoming a member of the China Oriental Club (Chinese Entrepreneurs’ Club) operated by Dalian Wanda Group and Chairman Wang Jianlin.
 
■ He also actively worked as a producer for China Central Television's program "CCTV7-Xiang Cun Da Shi Jie."
 
■ The same year, he acquired Hobson's Ice Cream, a United States based company, and became the business owner in the Greater China region (China, Hong Kong, Macau), opening Hobson's China flagship location in Shanghai.
 
■ He then opened a number of entertainment facilities, such as restaurants and amusement parks, in Shanghai.
 
■ Mr. Nakamura joined Butch Harmon's Butch Harmon Macau School. Through a collaboration with Mr. Harmon - a world renowned golf instructor - on a joint golf venture, he then acquired a full-service resort golf course (Nishiki Kogen Resort Hotel) in Kagoshima and assumed the position of President and CEO.
 
■ He successfully negotiated with the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau of the Macau Special Administrative Region Government and Pachinko manufacturer Sankyoku to obtain special permission for Japanese-style Pachisuro machines.
 
■ In 2011, Mr. Nakamura was invited to the birthday party and charity event of professional golfer Gary Player from South Africa and made a significant charitable donation.
 
■ He also became the first student at the Dalian Seiwa School (chaired by Mr. Kazuo Inamori) in the People's Republic of China.
 
■ In 2012, he introduced GLI-certified horse racing casino machines for the first time by partnering with a Korean company and expanding into Macau's SJM Group.
 
■ In 2013, Mr. Nakamura acquired and obtained 93% of the shares of ZANN CORPORATION (Company Code: ZNNC), a company listed on the U.S. OTC Market QB, becoming its CEO.
 
■ In 2014, he formed a partnership between Daikaiju Group, a Hong Kong cruise partner, and ZANN CORPORATION in the United States, launching ZANN CASINO Cruises.
 
■ He also negotiated a partnership agreement between GLI, a casino equipment certification company, and the General Incorporated Association for the Improvement of Recreational Gaming Machine Guidance (chaired by Kenichi Sekine, Honorary Professor at the National Police Academy).
 
■ In addition, he secured a joint business contract with Macao News, the only media recognized by the Macau government as a Japanese media outlet.


■ Finally this year, he signed a joint venture agreement with Yakiniku Jumbo (Jumbo Co., Ltd.) and established a presence in Hong Kong and Macau through joint store openings.

■ In 2015, Mr. Nakamura acquired a regional bank registered with the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) and gained expertise in Islamic finance.
 
■ He also secured a joint business agreement with a group company of the Indonesian Vice President, addressing Indonesia's major issue of waste management.
 
■ In 2016 and 2017, Mr. Nakamura collaborated with Hollywood personnel and renowned actors at the DPA booth of the Cannes International Film Festival to promote an original brand on the red carpet. Additionally, he supported the charity work of Eva Longoria, an acclaimed actress from the popular American drama "Desperate Housewives." And, he provided original brands to Sharon Stone and Susan Sarandon and produced original handmade shoes for Korean director Park Chan-wook.
 
■ He also showcased original jewelry to Queen Elizabeth II of the British Royal Family, participated in Prince Charles' charity events (Highgrove and Duffries Charity), and became a joint sponsor of Prince Charles' private charity organization.
 
■ Mr. Nakamura then became a co-owner of a villa hotel in Bali, Indonesia, and opened restaurants in addition to villas.
 
■ In 2018, he entered into an economic special zone development project with Kawasan Industri Jababeka, the largest realestate company in Indonesia, attracting Chinese companies in various fields. Projects included the establishment of an Adidas factory, construction of employee housing for Indonesia's state-owned oil company PERTAMINA, and oil and gas exploration. Mr. Nakamura became a strong intermediary for Chinese companies entering the Indonesian marketplace by expanding political and business networks, and guiding many Chinese companies to success.
 
■ In 2019, he became a shareholder of Gino Jacket, a company under evaluation by the Macao DICJ, and will begin joint management as a casino junket partner.

■ He also established a partnership with BMM, an Australian organization that regulates casino-related activities, to develop and review regulations for Japanese-style slot machines.
 
■ In 2020, Mr. Nakamura launched a unique shared wallet for legal currency, cryptocurrency, and digital points that can be used for payments worldwide under a special financial license in the Republic of Georgia. Additionally, he launched a next-generation online gaming platform and a unique digital point wallet that can be used for online games worldwide.
 
■ He also became the Director of People's Daily Overseas Edition Japan Monthly.
 
■ In 2021, he achieved the first-ever public OTC listing of Japanese stocks on the Shenzhen Qianhai Stock Market in the People's Republic of China.
 
■ In 2022, Mr. Nakamura assumed the position of Vice Chairman at the General Incorporated Association Japan-Shenzhen Economic and Trade Cultural Promotion Association.


■ He then acquired a registered quasi-bank under the Mongolian Financial Regulatory Commission, successfully merged and acquired a company listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange, and initiated the development of a next-generation blockchain bank.

■ He commenced the global expansion of water steam linear power generators (2KW to over 100MW) which generate electricity from geothermal and water.

■ He then began a comprehensive online gaming license issuance business in collaboration with the Government of Timor-Leste.
 
■ In 2023, he became the Vice President at the General Incorporated Association Japan Huishang Association.


■ Currently, Mr. Nakamura is engaged in various joint projects with partner companies from the United States, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Macau, China, Taiwan, Mongolia, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Georgia, Seychelles, and Israel, including projects related to IR resort, digital gaming, digital finance, AI, and sustainable energy.
 

Mr. Nakamura continues to work with the commitment of "embracing both the clear and the turbid" and the aim of regional development and global prosperity with a focus in Asia.
